Professor Zaid Ahmed Al-Abaddi is a Professor of Business Administration and Management Information Systems and the Dean of the College of Business Administration and Economics at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, Jordan. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and has over 15 years of academic and administrative experience in higher education. He has held several leadership positions, including Head of Department, Vice Dean, and Dean. His research interests focus on management information systems, business intelligence, digital transformation, crisis management, and sustainability. Professor Al-Abaddi has published extensively in refereed international journals and has supervised and examined numerous Master’s and PhD theses.
