Planning and Quality Assurance Division
The Planning and Quality Assurance Department at the Computer Center is one of the key pillars supporting the path of institutional development and continuous performance improvement. It plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of technical systems and services provided within the university. It also supervises the continuity and readiness of software operations by managing technical agreements and licenses and providing external support.
The department consists of two specialized divisions: the Training Division, which focuses on developing human resources by organizing training programs and courses in various IT fields, aligned with work requirements and aimed at enhancing operational efficiency; and the Planning and Quality Assurance Division for computerized systems, which monitors the performance of software systems developed by the Programming and Development Department and applies quality standards to the stages of analysis, design, and implementation.
The department is committed to setting operational plans and following up on their implementation, in addition to the continuous evaluation of systems to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness. These efforts are part of the department's aim to provide high-quality technical services that meet the university’s needs and align with the latest developments in digital transformation.
