Mission

 

The Faculty of Arts strives to provide its students with high-quality educational experiences and conduct distinguished scientific research in the humanities and social sciences. This aims to raise the level of knowledge among its students; enhance creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication, cultivate a sense of responsibility; and foster lifelong learning, all of which can be applied in practical life. The faculty also encourages community partnerships and creative activities and services to advance society.

 

Objectives

 

1. To develop the skills of the faculty's faculty members to contribute effectively to building a knowledge society.

 

2. To support and encourage innovation in scientific research and utilize intellectual, educational, and research capabilities for the benefit of the local community and the nation.

 

3. To review and develop academic and professional programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels in accordance with academic and professional standards and to introduce new programs that align with labor market needs and the university's objectives.

 

4. To elevate the student level and build their cognitive, technological, and applied capabilities to meet labor market demands and enable them to achieve desired societal goals.
