This course presents introduction to computer and programming terminology; data, information, I/O, processing, and use of notations. The basic structure of computer programming. The fundamentals and concepts of algorithms. The components of algorithms; Processing, Comparing, Testing, Validation. The fundamentals of drawing flowcharts; INPUT/OUTPUT, PROCESS, LOOPS, CONDITIONS, JUMPS, ARROWS. The functions and techniques of programming. The concepts of structured programming including Pseudo-code.
