Vision:

     The vision of Princess Aisha Bint Al-Hussein faculty of nursing is derived from the vision of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University which derived from the National Jordanian philosophy of the higher education.
     The overall aim of the faculty is to prepare professional nurses able to satisfy the health care needs of regional and national communities at the three levels (primary, secondary, and tertiary).

Mission:

    Faculty of Nursing, Al-Hussein Bin Talal University is dedicated to equip learners with cognitive, psychomotor and behavioral skills that prepare them to be competent providers of nursing care at the different health care settings producing a positive impact on the health care delivery system at Ma'an governorate.
    Moreover the academic program contribute to the development of general practitioner, health educators, leaders, research participants, advocate and like long learners.


Objectives:

  • To graduate highly skilled nurses (general practitioners) able to provide quality nursing care to individuals, families, and communities utilizing nursing process.
  • To enhance health awareness of local and regional communities.
  • To prepare professional nurses able to communicate effectively, solve problems, think critically and take decisions.
  • To participate in developing health sector in Jordan upon the latest medical care procedures.
