Playing and Child’s Education

Course Description:

This course presents the theoretical basis interpreting playing behavior based on the assumption that it is an educational model in kindergarten classroom; and a comprehensive effective developmental strategy of children’s cognitive, linguistic, emotional, social, and physical domains. In addition, the course explores proper playing behavior types and roles; and computerized games suitable for Kindergarten environment. A special part will focus on the psychological and social roles of playing on children’s developmental across domains.
