Child Development Evaluation

Course Description:

This course takes a special concern of formal and informal methods evaluating child’s development; and problems associated with pre-School child’s evaluation and how to deal with it. Further, it discusses the developmental indicators in several domains that include: cognitive, social, emotional, neural, adjustment, motor, and linguistic indicators in each year of a child’s life. The course discusses activities used in evaluating each of these indicators; side-by-side with methods used in collecting data regarding developmental characteristics and its interpretations.
