Course Description:

This course deals with concepts of basic skills of physical education and the importance of physical fitness and analyzing the physical, health and cognitive objectives. Also, covers the micro and macro fitness from the scientists’ and researchers’ viewpoints. , health and cognitive fitness. The course covers the generalization and privacy in physical education as it is seen by scientists. Again, it covers the behavioral objectives that the physical education teacher has , planning teaching units as it is classified by Bloom and Benjamin for educational objectives in addition to the psychomotor and affective domains.
